Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid passport (at least one year).
- Education: Graduate of BBL, MHS, HHS or proven professional experience in the hospitality industry.
- Good health, a physical exam will be conducted prior to hiring.
- Professional appearance and good social skills.
- Prepared to work abroad (commitment for minimum of 2 to 3 years).
- Excellent command of English language, preferably multilingual.
- For Front Office positions; Excellent command of English, German and Spanish languages.
- Team player.
- Ambitious, flexible, perseverance.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Flair, positive attitude, open minded.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work with different cultures.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours, 10 up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.
