Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid passport (at least one year).
  • Education: Graduate of BBL, MHS, HHS or proven professional experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Good health, a physical exam will be conducted prior to hiring.
  • Professional appearance and good social skills.
  • Prepared to work abroad (commitment for minimum of 2 to 3 years).
  • Excellent command of English language, preferably multilingual.
  • For Front Office positions; Excellent command of English, German and Spanish languages.
  • Team player.
  • Ambitious, flexible, perseverance.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flair, positive attitude, open minded.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality.
  • Ability to work with different cultures.
  • Ability to work long and irregular hours, 10 up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week.
  • Qualifications and experience must meet the requirements for the desired position.
