The Guest Relations Supervisor is in charge of the front desk operation and supervises the front desk attendants. He/she ensures that guests are given quality and accurate service at the front desk. First responsibility is to ensure that passenger requests, questions or concerns are attended to.
Major responsibilities are:
- Anticipate and respond to request regarding cabin changes,lost luggage, complaints
- Keep a daily log of passenger comments
- Work schedules for front desk attendants
- Maintain records of passenger embarkation/disembarkation
- Administrative recordkeeping of job orders
- Supervise the daily cash handling
