Directs the activities of Lido Restaurant and Room Service. Assists the Food Manager with the operation of Messrooms and Crew Bars, the preparation of all reorders and assists with the operation of the storeroom, environmental issues and dishwashing.
Major responsibilities are:
- Directing the daily operation of the vessels Food operation
- Responsible for the overall training of the Food team
- Develop and recommend merchandising and promotional programs to maximize passenger revenue
- Achieving passenger quality standards and rating for food services
- Assure food facilities are maintained at company standards and meet or exceed USPH requirements
